Can you please back this up with actual metrics?

Virtual threads in Java-21 can be created in huge numbers without using up a lot of system resources because they are comparatively lightweight.
But while in Golang, programmes can construct thousands or even millions of goroutines since they are incredibly lightweight and have a minimal memory footprint.
This is one of the reason why Golang is in trend and growing rapidly.

Can you please back this up with actual metrics? It's hard to understand the resource consumption difference with mere words. From the current composition, it seems both are lightweight?
